PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During the Blue Magic Drop, processing times may take slightly longer due to higher order volume. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated by email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders outside Germany, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@seventhreeathletics.com as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, please include photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and help you quickly.
